How we get your flowers to the door, in Pontypridd and the places around it.
Delivered by hand
We take our flowers to the door ourselves rather than sending them in a box by courier, so they arrive the way they left the shop: standing up, in water where the bouquet has it, with your card tucked in.
Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery is part of what we do. Order as early in the day as you can. If it is getting late, or the flowers really must arrive today, ring us first and we will tell you straight away whether we can do it.
Choosing the day
You choose the delivery day at the basket, up to a month ahead. If the flowers need to arrive by a certain time, for a funeral or a party, say so in the notes or ring us.
What it costs
The delivery charge is shown at the basket before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Collecting from the shop
You can collect your order from The Bluebell Cottage on Wood Road instead. Choose collection at the basket and pick the day.
Who to give us
Give us the recipient’s full address with the postcode, and their phone number if you have it, so we can arrange delivery if they are out.
